This project–a partnership between Speak for the Trees, PowerCorps Boston, and American Forests–seeks to hear from private, public and non-profit employers in the fields of urban forestry and tree care, landscaping, green roofs, green infrastructure, nursery work, gardening, landscape design and related fields to help Power Corps Boston graduates identify access to work and related long-term careers.  

By mapping the locations and related contact and job information of both current and possible future employers in the aforementioned fields, we’ll use the map and a related survey sent to over 500 area employers to deepen employment partnerships, find PowerCorps Boston graduates near-term and long-term employment, incorporate feedback from employers to better understand their hiring needs, and begin to understand connections between them.
